A fraction of a second later, Arthur Engoron’s hanging corpse swayed in the gentle breeze while the Navy’s doctor took note of the time of death as 1:14 PM, right before two of the paramedics pulled a zip lock on the body bag that contained Arthur Engoron dead body.
